Clipper tea
uses a very similar font to the Pear Preserve, it is comparable to Bodoni
however it seems to have more of a handmade element to it, the edges are not as
straight. Apart from the varying line
weights, the ‘R’ makes me think it is an edited Bodoni or very similar. Type going vertically up the left hand side
is a clever way to fit more information in yet at the same time use this in all
tea ranges so that it is clear they are a collection or brand so to speak. The
font underneath it appears to be more of a humanistic font even though it is
written in capitals this doesn’t make it over powering and actually its
bulkiness supports the more dainty capitalized main font.
