Design Principles - Font Family: Exploring Bernard MT Condensed

Below shows Bernard MT Condensed, the font that it was changed to. As it shows the font is bulkier and open to more editing options, serifs can be added or removed, the line weight can be changed and the x height adjusted to show different things.

Above shows the original letter and what it has been modified to. The chunky serifs have been removed and the the weight has been made more equal on stems. The low cross bars have been kept along with the high x height as this provides a large, interesting and unusual contrast.

Other letters will be explored to see if this 'rule' of format will continue to work and also explore how far the letters can be manipulated.
