Design Principles - Type Journal 163: The Cheapside Hoard

Upon entering the exhibition you were greeted with this beautiful piece of lighted up type. It really was welcoming and warm but the joining of cross bars to the next letter I didn't quite understand, as it made the rest of the word look spaced out.
